Some of you may be able to relate to this occurrence- it is called Blogging Funk. I have been trying to pull myself out of it. I have neither the motivation to check blogs or update my own. I am happy to report that I believe this Funkademic has passed, no promises. Thanks for your patience and here are a few pics to reward you for checking this blog.

I LOVE it. I remember that day when Ruby kept "presenting" Ruby after dressing her up. Ruby thought she was the queen of the world. You could just see it on her face! PLEASE tell me you went right out and bought her a whole case of dress ups. I wish Xoe & Xanthe still had all theirs. We gave them all to Eliza. I wonder if Amber has any anywhere. They had almost every princess dress known to Disney. haha. You KNOW she's gonna get tons of dress up stuff now for her birthday. I loved her face when Eliza did her makeup. What a girl! I love it.
Oh and ya. I go through Blog Funks all the time! haha. And I don't even have a Facebook to obsess about when I'm not blogging. So...when you go through a Blog Funk, do you do more Facebook, or do you go through a Facebook funk too?
I go through a Blog and Facebook funk- I become like a cyber hermit.
That is a cute post. I love Eliza's face in the background while Ruby is shaking of excitement. She looks so pleased.

I totally know what you are talking about! Sometimes I go months without wanting to check or update mine...it's cool...I"ll be here waiting for you to update! Ruby is so cute! :)
I read your first paragraph, and thought you and I are totally kindred spirits. I also thought that when I read your post about swim lessons and how they cramp your loose routine. Katie, I tell ya, you and I could be good friends. I wish we could have slipped and slided with you guys recently. I was closing my eyes and wishing for a giant tarp to show up on my lawn today.
I've been wondering what happened to you.
THese are adorable. I am so glad you posted them. I especially love eliza in the background of picture 2. She looked so proud of her accomplishments! She Loves that ruby loves to dress up!
I'm so glad you're back to blogging now, I've missed it. Yes, I do check it regularly even though I don't comment much. Cute, cute pictures! We got a Snow White costume at the Halloween store for Ruby yesterday. If she doesn't want to be Snow White then we can keep it at Geegay's house for dress-up. I love you Katie, you are such a great mom.
Whoa, I got weirded out by seeing that comment by Kristyn; I thought that maybe it was from me and I didn't remember writing it-- it has been one of those weeks. I rarely see anyone else that spells their name that way.
Cute post-- it almost makes me want to try for another baby in hopes of having a girl. Almost.
It is so funny how they change so much. Ruby looks different to me. She has lost the baby look and looks more grown up. She is a little girl now! It's kind of sad, but they are so fun at that age!
